Arrow Escape: Untangle Puzzle ("the App") is developed and operated by CircuitNova Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how we protect your privacy.

1. Information We Collect Directly

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) on our own servers. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or location to play the App.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App saves the following data locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us:

• Level progress, completed levels, and best scores
• Coin balance and in-game rewards
• Settings preferences (theme, music, sound effects)
• Ad consent preferences

Uninstalling the App removes this data from your device.

3. Third-Party Services: Google AdMob

To keep the App free, we display advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and process the following to serve and measure ads:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / GAID)
• IP address and general (non-precise) location derived from it
• Device information (model, operating system, language, network type)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

4. Consent for Personalized Ads (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App shows a Google-certified consent form (Google User Messaging Platform, "UMP") the first time you open the App. You may choose whether to allow personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings in the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated for general audiences (Everyone). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. AdMob is configured with content filtering appropriate for a general-audience puzzle game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through a third-party ad, please contact us and we will assist with any request permitted by the applicable service.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Reset advertising ID: You can reset or opt out of your Android Advertising ID from your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads.
• Withdraw ad consent (EEA/UK/CH): Reopen the consent form from the App's Settings menu.
• Delete locally stored data: Uninstall the App, or clear the App's storage from your device settings.
• GDPR / CCPA rights: Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data should be directed to Google via the links in Section 3. For questions about the App itself, contact us at the address below.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our servers. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained by Google according to its own policies.

8. Security

Because the App does not transmit personal data to us, there is no server-side database that could be compromised. All in-game data remains on your device.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
