Is Arrow Escape really free?

Yes. Every level is free. There are no in-app purchases. The game is supported entirely by advertisements.

How do I turn off ads?

The game is ad-supported and ads cannot be disabled. However, on airplane mode (offline) most ads will not appear. Please note that watching rewarded ads is optional and only shown when you tap a rewarded ad button.

How do I change my ad consent (EEA / UK / Switzerland)?

Open the game, tap Settings, then tap Manage Ad Consent. The Google consent form will reopen and you can update your choice.

My progress was lost. Can you restore it?

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, progress cannot be restored, because we do not sync it to any server. This is a privacy-first design choice.

I'm stuck on a level. Any tips?

Try the in-game hint button. If you need extra help, email us with your level number and we're happy to give you a nudge.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Email support@circuitnova.studio with:

• Your device model and Android version
• App version (shown in Settings)
• What you were doing when the issue happened
• Screenshot if possible

How do I request deletion of my data?

The app does not store any personal data on our servers. All progress is on your device. To delete it, uninstall the app or clear its storage from your device's Settings.
