The App is free to play and supported by advertising delivered by Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be shown between and during gameplay. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ads work and your choices.
The App does not sell in-app purchases. All levels and features are free. Any in-game coins, rewards, or unlocks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the App.
The App, including its code, graphics, sound, level design, and branding, is owned by CircuitNova Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required for the App to continue working. You may need to accept updated Terms after major changes.
The App uses services from Google (AdMob, Play Services). Your use of those services is also subject to Google's terms and policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircuitNova Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
